It's not my favorite lunch spot (no great lunch specials or deals) but it's my favorite dinner spot in town. Pollo Rosa Maria and the house salad are the best!! I wish they bottled the salad dressing for sale. I always purchase some extra to take home! (My kids are past the age, but they used to really enjoy the pizza dough to play with while they wait for dinner to arrive!)

Carrabba's is pretty solid for an Italian chain restaurant. The atmosphere is casual-plus and the service is professional. We came for an early, light dinner and drinks during our house-hunting excursion. I had the Johnny Rocco Salad- delicious, fresh, and well-seasoned. Carrabba's is on the short list of chains we actually like; I'm sure we'll be back again.

Excellent choice. I had the Chicken Ryan and it was outstanding. Tender chicken breast, goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes and Marsala sauce. They have a $20 /bottle special on Rodney Strong Cabernet And it was excellent Mussels had too much garlic, the old mistake if two aspirin are good then 10 must be better isn't always true. Bartender Halley was excellent Overall good experience.

Ordered a to go and it was the worst!! I'm so mad!! Paid 17$ for chicken parmigiana and 2$ extra for fettuccine Alfredo.. Received a small piece of chicken and butter on my fettuccine with no Alfredo sauce. Waste of money should have went to Olive Garden! Will know for next time..

* No Wi-Fi * Amazing staff * Delicious food * Exotic drinks * Happening atmosphere * Great for birthday celebrations
Are here for my sisters birthday. FYI they don't do any birthday song. Food was great. Service was good too. I had the chicken bryan dish with goat cheese. The goat cheese was not to strong or overpowering which was nice and complimented the chicken nicely. For my drink I had the Arnold Palmer which was kind of bitter. Rather have the Arizona brand Arnold Palmer instead. Highly recommend this dish.

We had never been to Carrabba's before and wanted to try a new Italian chain. Our server was great - so enthusiastic and helpful, but to be honest, the food wasn't anything to write home about. It was definitely was better than something like olive garden, but I don't know if we will go out of our way to go back anytime soon.

Well, I'm still waiting for my entree. But it took 20 minutes to get a truly mediocre appetizer out. Tasted freezer burned. Kind of shocking on a slow Monday night that the kitchen can be this slow.

This place was great. Went with my family and we were quite shocked at how fancy and nice the restaurant was. The food was delicious. I had a steak with mashed potatoes and a side of some sauce but I'm not sure exactly what it was. Expect to dress a bit nicer then usual and be prepared to spend some cash because this place is quite expensive. For a group of 3 with maybe one desert costs around $80. If you're trying to go all out and have a great meal I would definitely recommend going here.

It's nice to look for a familiar place to eat where you know the food should be good when you're out of town. This was a good choice as the pastas were very good and flavorful. Our service was also good and they made you actually feel welcome. We love the bread and dipping sauce.

It's good for a chain. The food is consistently good. Never had bad service. I'm surprised they put as much spice in their soups as they do--this being America after all:) They had two "skinny" drinks for under 100 calories--a margarita and a cosmo. Service was good. Although our eager-to-please obviously new server spoke a bit fast (they really make them say too much!) and was a bit over eager. I hate it when they come by so much they always interrupt your conversation. But that's way better than no attention at all. Solid 3.5 stars. Would be higher if they cut prices a bit. The extra half star for consistency.

Use to be our favorite place to eat. Never going their again! Went to Carrabba's on a Saturday night. Sat at the bar. My husband ordered the Spiedino De Mare, I ordered the Chicken Parm and ravioli. They came out at different times. The shrimp and scallops were so small! The food was bland. No spice or flavor. I contacted customer service twice and never heard anything. Use to be our favorite place but we will never return to any Carrabba's. Obviously, they don't care to make their customers happy. I wasn't looking for anything but to let them know that their quality of food has gone down and hope that they go back to the original!

First of all, I waited about an hour after my reservation which I understand there were a lot of people waiting but that already out a bad taste In my mouth. This restaurant had awful service as well. I got my food a good 15-20 min after my party. They got my order confused with 5 other peoples and I just ordered spaghetti-which more than half my party ordered. The pasta wasn't even THAT good when I got it and I lost my appetite for the night. Overall I thought the service was slow and if there are other places to go-I would because the food is not worth that kinda service and wait. Thanks and god bless!

Have you tried Wine Wednesday? It's a promotion that has been going on for quite some time now. You get $10 off any bottle of wine. While I admit that you could probably purchase similar wines at a store for less money, the whole experience is quite enjoyable. The waitstaff encourage you to taste their wines, so we will usually ask for 2 (sometimes 3) samples. One of the waitresses had won a contest and was able to visit several of the wineries in California that their wine comes from. It was interesting to hear some of her stories and facts about these wineries. Many times we will receive one of their survey opportunities on our receipt. After answering a few questions online, you get a code that entitles you to a free appetizer. That's right, I said free! When we go with our best friends, we typically get the calamari (a full order runs $9). The pizza is also delicious. My wife and I usually split one, which is enough to eat after the appetizer and bread & oil. All in all, Carrabba's is a fantastic place to eat, where you can find something for almost everyone, and enjoy a lovely dining experience.

Saying that I am a fan of this place is like saying Italy is shaped like a boot. It's just a fact. I have a deep love for the Mezzaluna. Carrabba's makes their pasta in house which is why they are not open for lunch. I have tried the manicotti which is pretty tasty too but the mezzzaluna calls my name most of the time. I also LOVE the bread that they serve, perfectly soft on the inside & crunchy on the outside. I went recently satisfied my mezzaluna craving (for now). My friends tried a few different things, the talapia which apparently was excellent, the pasta carrabba which received rave reviews, and a pizza which ended up being slightly bland to my friend. She said a few spices added would have made it better and she brought it home to doctor it to her liking. They also have this dessert called chocolate dream which is truly a wonderful creation. I always get it to go because I fill up ontheir fabulous bread and my meal while I am there! Our waiter, Leif, was spot on - he was around when we needed him but not in our faces. He joked around but not as if he was working for a tip. Overall it was a great experience - which is pretty common here. Go. NOW. Enjoy.

Typical Carabbas. Ordered the champagne chicken and the bread pudding which is apparently their signature dessert. Awesome! I sat at the bar as it was packed with a 25 minute wait this Wednesday evening. The bartender was prompt and helpful with suggestions, although not very conversational. He was busy though. Would overall recommend this location for a good Carrabba's experience.

Love Carrabba's. We were worried that they would not be able to sit us quickly, but they had our family of 6 seated within 15 minutes on a busy Saturday evening. The restaurant was clean and full of energy. Our service was fantastic. Every time my drink would get down to halfway it was replaced very quickly. Fastest drink service I think I've ever had. The Fettuccine Romano and Pasta Carraba were excellent.

While staying at Staybridge Suites we found a menu for Carrabas in the room and decided to try it out. We ordered by phone and used the "Carside Carry out" service so we didn't experience the dining room or wait staff. The employee who delivered to the car was quite pleasant though. I ordered the Chicken Bryan, and it was delicious. We also ordered Cannoli, (there are 2 per "order" so we ended up with twice as many as we expected). I think it's easy to be an eatery who advertises in a hotel as your clientele changes daily and there is not a pressing need to be good enough to return to. Carrabba's was great though. Lots of food for the money, convenient, and delicious!

I have been to Carrabba's before but it was in Florida although every time I go I am never disappointed, this is an excellent Italian restaurant! The food is consistently good with great service and mid upscale atmosphere that never fails to provide a very good experience. They take time to make sure that the customer is pleased which is always nice. I don't know what else to say except you have to give a try, I am sure you will like it. I am a vegetarian and they have limited choices for veg heads but even so they still had some good options and there is always pizza the way you like it which was very good. I just like this place and I am sure you will if you decide to have a meal there! This is as good as it gets for a chain restaurant!

I love Italian food, and expected that I'd have trouble decided what to get at Carrabbas. I surprised myself by choosing salmon, with a cup of minestrone soup and the sauteed spinach. We were served some white bread (nothing special) before we ordered, along with some olive oil for dipping. It had a bit of a bite to it and was quite tasty. I had one piece of bread and it was soft but blah. I prefer crusty bread or -- even better - whole grain bread. The soup looked kind of oily, which seems odd for minestrone soup, but it tasted good. I ate almost all of it. I asked for my salmon to be "light" on the sauce, and it came with a couple of tablespoons, which was perfect. It was very tasty. I ordered the small portion and ate all of it without being overfull. I shared half of my spinach with my friend, and took half of her asparagus. Both vegetables seemed to have a lot of olive oil on them, but they were quite delish. The waiter was attentive, and the atmosphere was nice. The restaurant smelled heavenly. I'd love to go back and try one of their wood-fired pizzas.

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

This restaurant was great. It was my Father's Day choice and my first experience with Carrabba's was excellent. I had the wood fired 6oz sirloin and it was cooked to perfection; no trouble cutting it with my plastic knife cause we ordered take out. The prosciutto wrapped shrimp was a tad bit salty for my taste but still good and the mashed potatoes were succulent. My fiancé had baked ravioli parmesan which she liked and stated they were similar to fancy mozzarella stick and sauce. We both had dessert, while the dessert rosa was flavorful and sweet; the Sogno di Cioccolata or "Chocolate Dream" is exactly that a dream. It stole the show. It is the best dessert we have ever had, the brownie was baked very well. Overall it's a dessert with simple put together perfectly. I work at a hotel this will definitely be the top chain restaurant recommendation for now on.
